We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a reference for accessibility improvements. This describes a benchmark for our efforts, not a claim that every part of our storefront has been evaluated or fully conforms to that standard.

As we refine the online experience, areas we aim to consider include:

  • Keyboard access, visible focus indicators and controls that are understandable without relying on hover alone.
  • Readable contrast, adaptable text and layouts that remain usable across different screen sizes.
  • Clear labels, error messages and instructions for forms and shopping interactions.
  • Content and interactions that account for reduced-motion preferences and assistive technologies where practicable.

Different combinations of browsers, devices and assistive technology can reveal problems that are difficult to anticipate. Images, product-option controls, forms or components provided by third parties may also change over time. Some visitors may therefore encounter barriers when using the website.
