To help make your return as smooth as possible, please request it within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Have your order number ready when you reach out.

Request your return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. When you contact us, we'll explain the return steps relevant to your order.
Item Condition
Whenever possible, keep the item in its original condition and include any accessories or packaging that came with it. Tell us if something arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Address
Contact our team before sending anything back. We'll provide the correct return destination; please don't mail returns to our business address without instructions.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under the law. If an item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us so we can review the issue.

After your returned item is received and reviewed, we'll let you know when your refund has been approved and initiated. Our team is available to answer questions at every stage.
How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, unless another arrangement is required or agreed.
When funds will appear. Once a refund has been initiated, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If you have questions about its status, please contact us.
Promotional purchases. If you purchased an item with a discount, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for that item, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

Exchanges
Need a different size, shade or style? We offer free exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery. Start by telling our team which item you'd like to exchange and what you're looking for instead.
We'll check availability and guide you through the return and replacement process. If your preferred option isn't available, we'll explain the alternatives, including a refund where eligible.
Our team is also here to help if the wrong item arrives or your parcel appears damaged. Please share your order details and any helpful photos so we can review the issue.
